Details, Details, Details...

Details, Details, Details...

Any stretch of eighteen holes can be defined as a golf course, but the surroundings define its true character. Special flags, unique halfway houses, and landmarks older than the course itself transform a golf course from a well-manicured park to a place with its own personality.

We got to spend a couple days at Cedar Ridge Country Club in Broken Arrow, OK this week, a beautiful golf club with an eye for all the details.

Squared off tee boxes, the little Red Shed, and a Golden Hour view from the patio off the Men's Grill.

Beautiful stone bridges and retaining walls lining the creeks all around the golf course.

The finishing touches: gold or white flags depending on the day, bird houses throughout the golf course, and fountains add a pretty touch to the ponds between holes 5 and 6.
